「Upon arrival, the property looked like what was pictured. Once we settled in, we found an open, empty condom wrapper on one of the room’s bed. In the other room, there were multiple spiders lining the baseboards. On the surface, all of the spaces seemed clean, but the windows and window sills were dirty/falling apart. There is also no air conditioning in the common areas, only the bedrooms.」

「A cool, unique place in the heart of Lambertville. Everything was as described. The beds were very comfy and there were so many special touches in the house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. Great bike riding trail. Tom was an excellent host. We were there during record breaking heat and the air conditioner died. Tom had several new window units installed within hours and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend! 」
