The room was clean, but when I arrived the front desk staff came across as a bit rude, almost like I was an inconvenience. I’m relieved I won’t have to deal with that again. On the bright side, the team at the little coffee kiosk was great both times I stopped by, really friendly and helpful.

My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall.

Seemed very old. Lots of stains everywhere on carpets, chairs, etc. Hallways smelled bad. Elevators shook like they might stop working. Asked for more towels and they said did not have - "they didn't do wash last night." Breakfast was awful. Potatoes were ice cold. Canadian bacon dried out. Running out of everything. Jusr not worth the $$ at all.
