"The rooms were very clean. At first I was not pleased with the room and the staff as well as management were more than accommodating. The hotel was booked and the room I was in was better than what was left. It was a great room and I’m sorry I ever complained! Everyone is attentive, kind and very helpful. Any issue I had Mike and all of the staff were very quick to address it. I’ve stayed at this hotel three years in a row and have always had a pleasant stay. We will continue to book here for spring break. It’s a great location, we don’t usually eat breakfast but our guests on the previous trip have said the selection is good. All in all a great stay."

"Horrible experience staying at this so called resort. Customer service is rude at the front desk and unprofessional. Housekeeping shows up at your room and walks in without even knocking. Management is a joke (was told more than once there was no manager available to talk to when I had issues), the room/apartment was absolutely filthy (spiders everywhere, hair in the showers, Jacuzzi tub was so dirty that even rubbing alcohol couldn't clean it, cob webs everywhere and the property expects you to take out the trash without providing an adequate amount of trash bags. It was one of the worst hotels/resorts I have ever stayed at. I am disabled and explained to the customer service that I needed assistance and they laughed at me over the phone and told me it wasn't their problem. "
