"I’m got charge 2x for my room, i checked in around 8:30 pm and checked out at 5am. I need a refund. A/C was loud, we requested for wake up call it didn’t happen, we called many times for room service no answer. But the receptionist the following day on May 5th was very good. We missed the shuttle service for 2 mins along with the other guests, he called the driver to come back right away so we will not be late for our flight. "

"Clean and comfortable room. Worked very well for a one night stay. Very convenient location for returning a rental car early the next morning at the airport. Would stay here again."

"Everything was great. The bar tend recommended a particular dish for dinner and we really relished it! The only negative was the fan noise which we were told by staff “could not be turned off” in our room. It interfered with our sleep quality. "
