「This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. 」

「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!」

「This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds. We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. 「Lovely home, in a beautiful area. My family was very comfortable, we had everyone from my 73 year old MIL to my 1 year old granddaughter. I think our favorite area was the dining room, it has a huge table, plenty of room for board games and puzzles. We had a great weekend there and highly recommend. 」

"私達が宿泊した際のフロント担当Jeremyは口数こそ多く無いものの、ランドリーの使い方が解らなかった際、面倒臭がる事もなく丁寧に教えてくれたり 玄関で荷物を運び入れる際、キャスターがカーペットに引っ掛かって手こずっていたら、さっと手を貸してくれたり さりげない気遣いが大変心地良かった。 車移動を前提にすると、ダウンタウンまで10分位とアクセスが良いのに値段は手頃 朝食はメニューが少な目ではあるものの一通り揃っていて特にヨーグルトは何故か種類が多かった。 セルフで焼くワッフルは無かったものの 一口サイズのボトルウォーターが使い易く便利だった。 ホテルの外観はごく普通だったが、リノベーションされたのか、部屋は大変綺麗でバスタブも有り ゆったりとした作りでとても快適だったので 予定に無かったものの、後日もう1泊する事にしたほど。 次回、ポーツマスに行く際にも是非ともここに宿泊したい "
