You understand that use of the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the pool and hold the owner harmless. You acknowledge that swimming may present dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as to anyone with health risks, or anyone swimming while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and the members of your party. You further agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the pool or while on the property.

All VRBO Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver, and that confirming the reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and the VRBO Host.
