Wait staff at restaurants was phenomenal - just felt like special touches needed for a 5 star resort were missing this time compared to prior visits.

Room was clean, food & fruit were appreciated. A few Kuerig coffees would have been good. Was quite windy during stay an window shutters made noise at night. TV internet connection kept disconnecting which was rating. Right faucet in bathroom doesn’t work. More information on Cottage location would ...

Tawana, our host, was amazing from the moment we met her till we said our goodbyes. All her suggestions were really helpful and made our short stay in the Bermuda Islands memorable. Everything about the property was top-notch. We highly recommend the Cozy Gombey Cottage!

Our 20th trip to BDA. 2nd to Grotto Bay, however this time the coronavirus was just getting wild w/cancelled flights and new visitors quarantined. Other than some cold rain, we still had a good time. Staff was very good except the tall bartender.
I really liked it. Everyone was so friendly and if you had a question people were more than happy to help you with anything.
Not enough sidewalks in the area I was in and not enough food options.
Hamilton is a beautiful city with a gorgeous view. There is great shopping, restaurants, bus and taxi service as well as a ferry and very friendly people.
The ocean is the most brilliant color and so clear!
I recommend utilizing all modes of public transportation while on the island. The ferry is a great way to get from one end of the island to the other. The buses are very convenient and the taxi drivers are full of helpful information.
