Clean room, but housekeeping never changed towels in the 3 nights we were there and also no Kleenex or coffee in room after the first day. Breakfast was mediocre, not many choices compared to other hotels. Also no ice, tried twice. Staff very friendly. Okay for the price and location

The Hamilton Quality Inn is attached to a Town Pump Convenience Store and Gas Station which was very convenient. The room was clean, and the floor was all plank tiles which was another feature that was interesting as one doesn't have to wonder about the cleanliness of the carpet. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast room was convenient and well-stocked. The Spectrum TV was a bit confusing; it would have been nice to have a printed guide or instructions available.

Was taken aback by it being connected to the gas station (literally door in the hotel lobby) but honestly it ended up being kind of a nice feature. Staff and property was great, would definitely stay again if I found myself in the area.

Room was very clean and the staff was quite nice and helpful. Howeer, you can hear everything in other rooms very easily. The people in the room upstairs from mine were walking around, talking and dropping things or bumping into things until well after midnight. Had to wear ear plugs and I could still hear and feel the vibration of them moving around. Motel is far from soundproof.

We stay in Hamilton each year and this was our first chance to try out the Quality Inn. Our check in was quick, Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean, updated flooring and the bed was pretty comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we had no issues while we were there. I believe we’ll stay here again on our next visit to the Bitterroot Valley.

When we got to our room, the bedspread had some kind of fluid on it. The shower and toilet had not been cleaned. I went down to the desk and they reassigned us a different room. That room the bathroom door wouldnt close but we were so tired, we didnt care at that point. The clerk was very helpful. We did not eat breakfast because we couldn't garantee things were cleaned well in the dining or kitchen area.

When I arrived to my room was noticeably dirty. I asked for housekeeping the next morning to ensure that the floors could get cleaned in the bathtub and bathroom could get cleaned as well as the sink. When I got back from my day, At Work, the bed was made I was restocked with towels and new shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were given to me, however, nothing else was cleaned or wipe down and the floors were also not mopped therefore leaving the mess worse than when I checked in.
