You'll find ourself right next to Bruce and Monarch Trails, and just a short, lovely walk from Sherman Falls. It's the perfect setup for families, hikers, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to enjoy outdoors!

Our split-level home comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with plenty of room to relax and take in the beautiful forest views.

Home Layout:
• Main Level: Features a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a newly renovated kitchen, and a dining area overlooking the woods. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on this floor.
• Ground Level: Features a private 3rd bedroom with its own full en-suite bathroom.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
• 1 Queen bed
• 1 Single bed
• 1 Bunk bed
• 1 Futon

Accommodating Larger Groups (Up to 9 Guests):
If you have a group larger than 6, we can set up an extra bed and futon in a extra ground-floor space to sleep 3 additional guests.
Please note: There is a $50/night fee for each guest beyond 6. Simply enter your exact guest count when booking, and Vrbo will calculate this into your total.

Outdoor Features & Extras:
• Nature & Trails: The property is tucked into the woods with private trails that connect directly to the public trail system. Sherman Falls is just steps away!
• Wildlife: Don't be surprised if you see deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife roaming the grounds.
• Seasonal Space: We also have a detached guest space on the property, but please note it remains closed during the winter months as it gets quite chilly.
