We booked the apartment only three days before our arrival for a three-week stay and paid immediately. We also received a confirmation email from the website confirming the reservation.After trying several times to contact the host to get information about the check-in and receiving no reply for three days, I had to contact customer support to ask for her personal phone number so I could message her directly.The day before our arrival, the host finally replied and politely informed me that the apartment was under renovation and therefore unavailable. This left us without accommodation and without any alternative solution offered by her. On top of that, she asked me to cancel the reservation myself, even though it should have been her responsibility to cancel it since the property was not actually available as advertised on the website.Fortunately, the customer support representative was very helpful and kind. However, I strongly discourage anyone from booking this property, as the host was not reliable or professional at all. Never again!
