Bescheiden, hat alles nötigste, waren zufrieden

- 10 Min. Fußweg zum Hbf - Zimmer war gut ausgestattet - Bad war klein aber sauber und mit allem notwendigen versehen - Waschbecken winzig, Wasserhahn wacklig - haben statt Doppelbett zwei Einzelbetten bekommen, die konnte man aber zusammenschieben - 24h lang geöffnet - im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels sauberer und günstiger

Sauberes Hotel für Leute ohne Ansprüche

Ein sauberes Zimmer und Bad in einem Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe (ca. 800 m). Keine Möglichkeit ein Frühstück zu buchen, lediglich ein Kaffee oder Tee wird angeboten. Kosten für eine Garage = 10,- Euro pro Nacht für ein Stellplatz einer Tiefgarage die sich ca. 500 m vom Hotel entfernt befindet. Hotel befindet sich an einer viel befahrenen Straße, Fenster nicht schalldicht.

Hotel is too expensive given their QoS

The staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are clean. Great location, shops, restaurants, and the nearest station is right in front. Good place during rainy days in Hamburg. It was a bad experience or was it just my time to be treated that way. The booking stated that room rate includes culture and tourism tax but still the management ask me to pay it. Making me wonder if booking statements are really transparent to this hotel or not. Sometimes when returning late at night or on a lazy afternoon, the staff could be in their quarters taking a break. Their key management is quite troublesome, its better to bring the key with you or it might end up with another guest.

Goede locatie, primitief hotel

Primitief hotel. Niet meer dan je nodig hebt. Goede ligging bij de U-bahn, wat erg fijn is, want zo kom je makkelijk de stad in. De tweede dag hadden we alleen geen warm water dus was erg teleurstellend.

Purtroppo la camera e la finestra sulla via ( ed a finestre obbligatoriamente aperte per il caldo ) non consentiva un riposo tranquillo. Ventilatore come condizionatore.

kein Sterne Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und muffig, leider stimmen diese Angaben. Liebes Expedia Team ich kann keine andere Bewertung abgeben, denn dann würde ich lügen! Die Fotos aus dem Essbereich stimmen nicht mit dem was ich am Sonntag gesehen habe und die Zimmer riechen muffig.

Det var lite struligt med betalningen; de hade inte fått någon betalning i förskott påstod de, men skulle ändå kolla upp det när jag stod på mig att jag hade betalt. Lagom till utcheckningen hade de äntligen hittat min betalning. Personalen var ändå trevlig, men hade nästan större problem med tyskan än jag. Det som främst drar ner betyget är frukostbuffén som var i snålaste laget.

Ganz okay fürs Wochenende

Wir hatten das Hotel gewählt weil es das günstigste war. Dafür war es echt okay. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und man ist schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Tolle Lage, nur eine U-Bahn Station vom Hbf enfernt und direkt an der Haltestelle gelegen. Sehr ruhig, Frühstück voll in Ordnung, schöne neue Badezimmer! Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Für eine Städtetour ist das Hotel sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die direkte Lage an der U-Bahn, sowie das große Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet!!

Very accessible to public transit.

Friendly and helpful Staff and very accomodating.The rooms were very clean.The rooms toward Steindam Strasse were a bit bright, specifically the two next to the Hotel sign and a bit noisy in the summer when the windows are open as there is no a/c. When asked for Staff gave us a room to the back nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok.

Godt hotel med beliggenhed midt i fest og farver

Fint hotel med super service. Selve værelset var meget utrolig lille, men rent og pænt. Det ligger tæt på Lange Reihe med masser af fest og farver og gode gå-i-byen muligheder. Morgenmaden er okay og betjeningen super. Min Iphone gik amok og kunne ikke tænde, da jeg henvendte mig i receptionen brugte receptionisten 20 min. på at ringe til sin kammerat, der fortalte, hvad der kunne være galt, og hvordan det kunne fikses, hvorefter den virkede. Vil vælge stedet igen, også anden gang, jeg boede der.
