This hotel is good location which nearby Stellingen train station and take only 7 stop to reach at Jungfernstieg station. This area is shopping and good restaurant near the river.

Good location
Very basic with everything I needed. Security was great and parking was also protected. It’s location next to the S3 train was just 4 stops from the center of Hamburg.

Very basic hotel that charges for parking dispite showing under ebookers ‘free parking’ filter. Perhaps not the hotels fault. Had to queue for a long time to check-in and there is nowhere outside suitable for leaving your car while you wait to check-in and pay for the parking. Only real positive for me was the proximity to the subway station, it is right outside. I would seriously consider other hotel options before staying here again.

No one in reception office
Due to delay with the airline, hotel was locked, fortunately a local person helped , tell telling me l coulsld still gat in by using a terminal outside of the hotel, entering my name and paying the terminal gave me a key and room number, I was then able to get in. All the time I was there , no one was in the reception office. No info on the booking in after hours was given on the web site. If the local had not shown me about the terminal, l would have been out side all night.. so be warned.

Good room
Hotel room was great, clean and fresh but would have liked some toiletries, shampoo etc. I did not explore the local area but it was next to a train station so quite accessible although not a direct route to the airport so I spent a lot on taxis.

Stuck OUTSIDE in the RAIN all night, STAY AWAY!
I was told on the phone that an evening check-in would be fine because they had a 24-hour check-in booth. What that means is that there is an automatic check-in machine, which didn't work (apparently there was an IT error). Of course I couldn't contact any hotel staff by phone until morning so I was stuck outside in the rain for hours until I finally found somewhere I could get inside (not that I was meant to be there but desperate times desperate measures). One of the hotel staff finally answered the phone in the morning and drove out to let me in and gave a 30 euro discount on the remainder of my stay, pitiful really. The room was fine, but after that experience I would never stay there again. (staff rated as terrible due to absence)

It is closed before 3pm and at least the adult stores aren't there anymore... just a casino. Super close to S-bahn so very convenient

Deceptive advertising
Don't believe what you read about this place. There is no elevator, and our room was on the 5th level. There are 20 stairs between each floor. The front desk said it had been inoperative for "few weeks" but the real truth came from the cleaning staff who said it had not worked "for many months" and that there was no assurance from management there were any plans for repairs. Hauling heavy bags up and down soured our stay in Hamburg. We would never have stayed if their advertising had been honest.

Nachdem der Check-In Schalter vor der Tür endlich funktionierte- telefonisch war hierfür leider niemand erreichbar und wir standen einige Zeit vor dem Schalter herum- bezogen wir unsere Zimmer. Die obere Etage ist nur durch das Treppenhaus erreichbar und lautstärkemäßig auf Höhe der Autobahn. Wir hatten unser Zimmer jedoch glücklicherweise anders als unsere Freunde im 1.OG. Leider müffelte das Zimmer sehr nach dem Abfluss aus der Dusche und dies war auch durch Lüften nicht großartig zu ändern. Die alten Fenster sind klapprig, Kippstellung funktionierte nicht. Also ganz oder gar nicht! Bei dem Geruch liegt die Antwort wohl auf der Hand. Sauber war uns und das Personal am Abend war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nichts außer Autos und Busse. Für eine Nacht nach einem Konzert also ok, aber nochmal brauch ich das jetzt nicht…

The room was pretty clean id say, the one or the other wall could do with a fresh coat of paint but it was fine. I traveled alone and I felt completely safe there, so that was good. It being directly at the train station definitely is a plus too.
