Room was clean.close to public transport. Didn't like size of room not as shown in photos. Room, on day we arrived, was very hot, 29c, with only a fan. The absurdity of having a kitchenette, apartment hotel, that you couldnt use unless you paid was ridiculous.

Great location to get into Hamburg but can’t checking in till 2.30 as no one there confusion on invoice sheet not clean but a bit grim

Een oud vervallen hotel

Het was een oud hotel. Het leek meer een pension. Alles was gedateerd. Er was vooral in de badkamer veel stuk.

Burde ikke kunne bestilles med børn!

På ingen måde egnet til småbørns familier. Elevatoren kunne ikke køre ned til receptionen. Gulvvarmen var alt for varm. Der var ikke gjort rent. Den ene stol på værelset var ved at falde fra hinanden og bruseren kunne ikke sidde fast i holderen. Hvis man ikke har børn med og bare har brug for et sted at sove, er dette et okay valg. Men forvent intet andet end et sted at sove.

Wir fanden Bettwanzen in den Betten, das Zimmer war schmutzig, dann wurden wir in ein neues Zimmer verlegt und das neue Zimmer war sehr klein, das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, die Duschtür war kaputt, das Bad war schmutzig. Und wieder gab es Bettwanzen im Zimmer. Es hat unseren Urlaub ruiniert, wir mussten zwei Tage früher abreisen, weil wir kein drittes Zimmer bekommen wollten, das schlechter war als die vorherigen. NIEMAND hat die 330€, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben, erstattet. Expedia ist eine Schande, sie gaben uns nur ein paar Punkte bei der Bewerbung. Niemand erstattete uns auch nur den Betrag der Cremes, die wir für die Bisse gekauft hatten. Ich finde es eine Schande, dass so bekannte Seiten wie Expedia Hotels auf so niedrigem Niveau und so teuer haben. Wir haben Bilder und Videos und immer noch niemand gab uns eine Lösung. Vielen Dank an Expedia und das Hotel für unseren Urlaub ruiniert.

Dusche nur kaltes Wasser, da Boiler kaputt wurde in der Zeit nicht repariert. Duschkopf durch Duschschlauch kaputt. Matratzen durch legen, so dass man die Federn gemerkt hat. Für Benutzung von der Küche, Was zwei Herper an sind, plus Kühlschrank Nutzung extra Geld wenn du das bezahlt hast, hast du noch nicht Mals irgendwelche Töpfe Tassen Besteck Messer Gabel sonst irgendwas.

Check in war komplizierter als nötig und mein Bettlaken war schmutzig, Sessel waren vollgesifft mit irgendwas, Spinnennetze und dazugehörige Spinne. Das einzig positive ist dass die Lage ziemlich Zentral und verkehrsnah ist und wir ein upgrade bekommen hatten weil nicht so viel los war während unserer Zeit dort. Falls keine Alternative möglich ist, ists okay aber für den Preis hab ich in anderen Hotels viel bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Nicht wirklich weiter zu empfehlen

Kann das Hotel leider nicht weiter Empfehlen... Es wird KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK angeboten Fahrstuhl defekt Es ist nachts super laut im Zimmer durch eine anliegende Straße und viele Fußgänger Parkmöglichkeiten so naja, öffentlicher Parkplatz wo viel Fußvolk unterwegs ist. Mein Privatwagen wurde ich da nicht gerne Parken wollen. Bedienung sehr bemüht und nett, das ist aber auch das einzig gute an diesem Hotel!

Lage war nicht gerade die schönste Seite von Hamburg, Hotel war sehr staubig und das WC hatte kein Fenster/Lüftung. Mir wurde gesagt das ich mein Auto beim Marktplatz Parkieren darf und als ich es Morgen sah wurde es abgeschleppt 380€ hat mir der Spass gekostet. Lift war defekt und mein Zimmer war im 5ten Stock. Rezeption war fast nie da und nachdem man Sie angerufen hat, dauere es noch eine weile bis sie kam. Nicht Empfehlenswert.

Charm of a small family pension

Unbeatable price for Hamburg. Less than two minutes from subway which takes you to the city center in under 20 minutes. That being said, the district where it is located (the Ha-r-burg part of Ha-m-burg) is VERY worthy of exploration by and in itself - my favorite hood in Hamburg because of its cultural diversity. Super friendly personnel, including cleaners. Front desk opens at 11:00 am and (I think) closes around 9:00 pm. If you have a key, no problem, but I am not sure how late check-ins are handled. You can check out before 11:00 by dropping the key in a key box, but you won't be able to come back in. NO ELEVATOR, and no breakfast when I stayed there (plenty of cafes and bakeries around, though). The only downside was the bed which was not very sturdy and constantly moved around. The mattress was comfortable, though.

Viel zu überteuert. Kartenzahlung war nicht möglich da das Gerät nicht funktionstüchtig war. Keine Parkplätzen vorhanden. Sauberkeit war okay ,aber Zustand des Zimmers leider gar nicht. Tür und Fenster Griffe waren kaputt, Wände waren beschmutzt. Wäre okay, wenn der Preis mitspielen würde. Werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Dentro do esperado!

Foi somente dois dias ora conhecer a cidade. O hotel é bom, perto da estação de trem que leva ao centro e a um shopping, mas afastado pôs pontos turísticos. A única coisa que não achei muito positiva é que o quarto que ficamos era no último andar e não tinha elevador. A recepcionista também não dominava a língua inglesa e tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para nos comunicar. Mas era bem simpática e solicita.
