Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. We were completely satisfied with our stay at Adina. It's a 15 min walk from the train station, and less than 10 minutes to major shopping and sightseeing. Our room had a kitchenette, which was really convenient for preparing snacks when we came back in the afternoon from touring around the city. We went to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, and this was a perfect venue for us. 10 minute walk, friendly and good humored atmosphere with a hip vibe.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Europe! Perhaps the best ever. High end, comfort on all levels. Beds were firm and cozy, staff was friendly and super helpful. Beautiful hotel buffet was next level!
