「Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the...

「It was truly an unforgettable and wonderful stay. The room was beautifully decorated with lush greenery, and every detail was so thoughtful—like the chocolates and story sheet left during the turndown service. The Thai dinner was also genuinely authentic and delicious. Above all, Mr. Thien CS left a lasting impression on us. He always served us with a warm, gentle smile and exhibited complete professionalism in his movements. What stood out the most was his humble and courteous attitude,...

「Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. 」

「I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control...

The Thai dinner was also genuinely authentic and delicious. Above all, Mr. Thien CS left a lasting impression on us. He always served us with a warm, gentle smile and exhibited complete professionalism in his movements. What stood out the most was his humble and courteous attitude, especially how he bent down to match my child's eye level when speaking with them. Having stayed at many hotels, I’ve learned that while great facilities matter, exceptional service is what stays in your heart forever. Thank you for everything. We hope to return again someday!"
