「Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...
