"Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. I came to Halle for a special exhibit at the archaeology museum, and was pleased that the Pension was only two tram stops away."
