"Wow. We were not expecting such an incredible experience at what I thought was going to just be a room in a weird house. Absolutely stunning, ultra modern, perfectly located property that is unlike any other I’ve ever visited. The beds were made of pure heaven & the pillows were divine. We were in cottage number 3, on the first level. Double shower heads, the biggest shower I’ve ever stepped into & remote controlled air conditioning that got ice cold. A mini fridge, free water, a Keurig, cups, creamers, nothing was missed. Bearskin Neck is a short walk down a couple blocks of dreamy houses with flower filled yards & cute lanterns hanging from the trees. Everything about Rockport is idyllic. No vehicles allowed where all of the shops & restaurants are located. The little harbor is like a storybook, a short jetty for pictures & many little souvenir shops with kind & helpful locals. Never seen any town quite like Rockport & staying at The Rockport House just made it more magical. Never been so enamored of a town in all of America. If you’re up in the air about this place, just book it, you won’t find anything quite like it anywhere that I’ve seen & you won’t believe it until you’re there. Can’t wait to return & add a day or two to explore nearby Gloucester & visit their beaches."

"Very spacious. Extremely well equipped. Host was very responsive. Our large (16 people) group was very comfortable in this home. Outdoor space is special - room for all of us to eat and lounge. Great location- easy walk to town. Photos make it appear a tad more modern than it is, but it’s charming, clean, and comfortable. Recommend it highly."

"Lovely old house that has become a beautiful inn. Walkable to downtown, train station, beach, terrific porch for outdoor afternoon relaxing. Our room “Wide Berth” was clean, spacious and bright, with two comfortable side chairs. Window ac unit was quiet and kept the room at just the right temp. Commin spaces were clean and well decorated."

"An amazing property. The views from inside the house are as magical as from outside. Quiet , serene , stunning. And conveniently located.The house is functional and well laid out. Wi-Fi is spotty at the property so electronic entry was complicated and required driving another location. Access code provided also failed. Fortunately , Atlantic Vacation rentals was available by phone so the problem was resolved."

"We loved our stay at this stylish, cozy property! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. My daughter loved the pool. We appreciated use of the beach chairs and wagon. The proximity to the beach and the train can’t be beat! We needed to contact the owners and they were very responsive. We would love to stay again!"

"Check in and check out we’re very easy -able to be completed via phone. The hotel and room were beautiful and so clean. They had plenty of towels, make-up removal kits, and coffee supplies to share among 3 girls! Close walk into down-town area and across the street from the beach. Nice roof top area to enjoy sunsets!"
