Not really happy.

Hotel run down but in nice residential area. Ran out of toilet paper during stay because I extended from 4 days to 13 and the 'residence section has no service. Was refused refund on last 3 nights when I checked out early. Not really happy.

Fake hotel/ residence

Ana old building, total decadence with unpleasant staff. There are no spa, no terrace avaiable. Staff says it is a "residence", but is far far away from it. Old matresses with old, cheap, polyester linen. You as for sugar, a fork, toilet paper and you get harsh words. It is an unpleasant place, with unpleasant owners-rulers, to fall asleep. And there is nothing to do with the israeli way. The worst experience in Israel. No surprise in it is empty.

No please to buy food in the middle of nowhere

15 days had to fight to get towels and toilet paper waned extra money to clean the room didn't change sheets two weeks steep entrance to building almost broke my head in bathtub no place to hold very slippery in the USA that building wold be condemned

A simple family run hotel

Out of the way but perfect for business. Good bus links. Provides a residence rate if you are willing to look after yourself. Breakfast was decent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Get what you pay for

Pay extra to get your room cleaned otherwise no making bed changing sheets or throwing out the trash. Not close to any attraction, restaurants bars or the beach. 7 min walk to the nearest bus station, half hour walk to the nearest bars and restaurants area. Quiet Neighborhood. Nice view.

Great value for the money!!

Perfect hotel for the money - the room is simple but comfortable and service is great! Breakfast is very good and served in the balcony which has great breeze and nice view of the mountains around this area. I will surely come back!!!

Номер-студия с мини кухней не приспособлен для даже разогревания пищи,так как кроме микроволновки ,раковины ,чайника и чашек нет ничего(тарелок,вилок ,ножа,посуды).Уборка не проводится(только за доплату),если туалетная бумага закончится-предложат купить самостоятельно. Кровать в этом номере для двоих маловата,а для чуть выше среднего роста и коротка ,с скрипящим и вызывающем потение наматрасником.

מתחילה הזמנו חדר גדול יותר אבל לאחר יומיים התקשרו להגיד שחל טעות במחיר והציעו לנו חדר קטן יותר או החזר הכסף היו צריכים לנקות יותר בתכיפות למרות שההזמנה לא כללה ניקיון יומי , נכון גם לגבי מגבות המלון מיושן , ההרגשה של אי איכפתיות לגבי צרכי הלקוחות

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The only main problem is to get there and back. The roads are very tricky and even with a GPS, it is difficult to follow the directions. For the most part, I believe that if you ask at the hotel, they will give you helpful advice.
