"Was fine except for the fact they stated we had to leave the place in the same condition as we found it. We had to wash our coffee pot, Cups, wine glasses, etc or face a $50 fee. Who does that?"

"Great stay. Clean, well-equipped (both in the kitchen and for your beach activities). Great communication, including the guest book with spot-on activities and dining suggestions. We did Hotwater Beach (beautiful, but the hotwater thing - meh), Cathedral Cove walk (great!), fished (Razorback Adventures - great!) and a drive around the Peninsula with two hikes. For any Brewery fans, the Pour House has great beer in a great atmosphere with good food. Would not hesitate renting from Tina again, this location or any of her others in the Hahei area. "

"What a lovely clean & tidy house. Especially liked having 2 fridges. Plenty of room & everything that we needed was there. Only a short walk to the beach & shops. There was enough room to park the boat & the kids cars. Tina our host was great with a warm welcome & was there if we needed her."

The place was very comfortable, and the deck and outdoor areas were a highlight — ideal for relaxing and taking it all in.A special mention to Tina, who was an excellent host: communication was great, and she was genuinely helpful throughout. We’d happily stay again."
