Tasha was amazing! She seemed to be running the place single-handed when we arrived. She made the needed changes to our room from second floor to first, she swapped our TV for another newer TV when the original one was having difficulties.she carried it single handed from another room and hooked it up. Tasha always had a smile on her face and a commitment to making our stay the best.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided breakfast for guests. The air conditioner was working properly. The staff informed me that the room is discounted because I am a registered nurse, and a Bonus is the hotel is 8 minutes from where I was working, and close to the outlets and restaurants.

It met the requirements for an affordable place to crash on my travels, but did not impress. Very dated hotel, carpets were dingy, Minor issues with the room key at check in which the desk attendant was helpful with, but upon entering the room for myself and my dog, we were met with a terrible room odor. Clearly frequented by dogs and not cleaned very thoroughly. We changed rooms and the next room was in much better condition. Location was appealing as it was close to interstate and places to eat and offered some basic breakfast. Affordable and dog friendly but keep your expectations low.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The room was worn. The carpets were dirty. The bed frame was broken... I sat on the bedside and it sank down while the middle of the bed rose up. When I told the staff at the front desk in the morning, they smiled and said "we have a lot of those". The mattress seemed pretty new, otherwise I would have left.

The room was dated and carpet in hallways stained. The bathroom was clean and other than the dark carpet (that gives a dirty look) and some mold on the glass shower door (the clear sealant needs replacing) the room was otherwise clean.

Entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was musty. Mold on the curtains. Pool was closed. Breakfast is a joke. Hotel is poorly maintained. Only good thing was the shower.

This place has poor management and I'm assuming very understaffed. We arrived at the hotel (with reservations) at 9 pm. We got to our room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and the lobby was full of people waiting for rooms. The second room they gave us had the beds standing upright and dirty towels and sheets on the floor. The third room we were given had also not been cleaned. A house keeper arrived around 10 pm and started cleaning rooms, but there was no way she could get enough rooms cleaned for all the people waiting to check in. The young man at the front desk had to turn away at least a handful of people (with reservations). He tried to call his manager multiple times, to no avail. We ending up having to find another hotel at 11 pm. I hope that young man finds a different job. He was working way higher than his pay scale. They should make him the manger.
