"Clean room, staff was so nice polite"

"Driving through the area and needed to stay overnight to take the Amtrak Auro train the next day. I wanted to see the property in person and the area prior to booking. Location was safe, located by a lot Of food options. Now don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, this hotel serves its purpose clean, comfy bed, safe, nice people working there. I have to say you can tell they pay attention when cleaning rooms extremely clean but of course normal wear and tear. The noise of doors shutting and loud people yes you will hear but for the price, location, cleanliness and safe that’s all that matters. "

"Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My only suggestion would be to offer more healthy breakfast options. Overall, my stay was great, and I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn."

"Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system. "

"The shuttle to anywhere in a 2 mile radius was a real bonus! Best yet, the shuttle was "on demand" and we walked right on it once and had a very short wait for the return trip. The breakfast buffet was plentiful for a good start to the morning! We enjoyed our short stay and likely will be back!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Lodges with family. It was quiet and the North Lodge was very comfortable and spacious. We would highly recommend it."
