Staff did not like children and charged us $30 per kid. No place in the website to enter my kids into the guest list. My kids were well behaved and the surprise fees plus extra taxes really hurt our budgets

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was phenomenal— from the decor to the amenities to the view! The breakfast prepared by Chef Joseph every morning was delicious, and was the perfect beginning for every day. It was fresh and tasty. The Friday night dinner was also prepared with so much thought and intention, each plate was so yummy and presented beautifully. We also loved the hot tub, it was a nice way to end our evening after exploring Hawai’i. Next time in town I’ll be back!

The staff were friendly and their food at dinner was excellent! Pretty pricey but worth it! Room was located on the second floor which made us seniors very difficult carrying our suitcases up! The twin beds were so tiny and a bit uncomfortable! So we decided to leave after one night of a 4 night stay!
