「It was just seasoned adults ages 55 and older. We enjoyed the layout on the outside ,especially the fire pit.」

「Pros: The room had recently been renovated. The beds were comfortable. It had a TV. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room; however, the freezer section had old ice debris in it. Cons: For $90/nite, this was a ripoff. It was as bare bones as I've ever seen. There was no breakfast, no coffeemaker in the room, no iron, no hair dryer, no bedside light, no tissues, the smallest sliver of soap possible (for both shower and sink). 「The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper.」

「This is a great place to stay, everything you need is there. All you need is whatever food you're gonna want and clothes. You can wash all of your clothes before you leave and they supply the washing powder and dryer sheets. Ursula (the owner) is super friendly and very helpful. The neighbors that live there all of the time are very friendly and everyone is always there to help if you need it.
