"We decided to spend a few hours in this hotel as we arrived at 1:30AM and nothing else was available. This was a horrible place to stay and my worst experience in Turkey to date. We were initially given room 403 and careless me slipped into the bed to relax right away and within a short period of time I was bitten 20-30 times forcing me to turn the light on. "I rarely post a review, but credit where credit is due. If you are looking for a lux experience at a good price this place hits all the highs. Amazingly renovated property combines modern luxuries with ancient historic building. Staff cannot be nicer, food, especially breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey. I would consider making this s base for Cappadocia which is only 1 hour drive away. The mountain backdrop also provides skiing in Jan and Feb. Kayseri is also an interesting, none tourist town with a beautiful castle and museum and an authentic bazaar for all yhe shppers out there. "
