「Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. 」

「Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. 」

「Great place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica. Catherine was great with communication from start to finish. The facility is very well maintained. Both bedrooms are nice [only one bedroom has A/C]. With that said if you leave the doors open the A/C in living room does good with cooling off the place. Didn't try the restaurant onsite however great food options in the area. 「The condo is in and excellent location very close to the City Mall and a really nice park the area was safe with lots of shopping and dinning within the area. 「The home was amazing! It was in a perfect location. We loved sitting outside looking at the view of the mountain, jungle and ocean. Every room had an air conditioner. The pool was perfect. There were several different balconies to sit on and enjoy the atmosphere. Communication with the owner and management was great! My family loved it and lived our vacation. 」
