"The Grand Hotel was a great place to stay. Respectful and accommodating staff and always willing to help when needed. In the middle of Hachinohe and is a good hotel to stay while walking the city but very safe and quiet. "
"The staff here was wonderful. I don't speak the language but they made it very easy to communicate back and forth. Definitely would stay here again! "
"Basic hotel directly in front of Honhachinohe Station. Rooms small but clean. Large TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. Easy 10 minutes walk to Main Street with many restaurants."
"It's a perfect place to stay for the price. It also includes free breakfast and free refreshments from 4pm - midnight I believe.
The staff are very inviting, helpful, courteous, and kind.

"Newly renovated Japanese-style room, eg. tatami, kotatsu table, floor mattresses, etc; lots of antique aspects (it’s an old samurai residence)!
Staff was lovely, room is spacious and clean, washroom is clean and modern.
The place also has a connected restaurant that specializes in gyoza and it was top notch.
If anything, I’d recommend this place on vibes alone!!! "
"It’s an old hotel, but clean. The rooms are fairly small, but it’s fine for a business trip.
The only bad point is that the staff insists on making a copy of ID even for foreign residents. "
