A fantastic hotel, so good that we booked two extra days because we didn't want to leave. We booked a familyroom that had a private sauna, the bed was amazing and so was the sofa bed. The cleaning was perfect in the room and in the rest of the hotel and the staff was so nice and helpful.

A great clean and happy hotel, convenient for my business trip. With a sauna and pool to wind down at the end of the day, dont tell everyone about this hotel or it will always be full. There is also a reason why best western is called 'best' thank you.

The pool and sauna are super clean and at a high standard. The elevator at the annex building was broken but luckily we were on the first floor so it was not too bad. We were caught out by the "Limited on site parking" as we thought that meant first come first serve parking which belongs to the hotel and is free (as it usually is at these hotels) the clerk on the first day told us to press the bell and they will let us in, which we did for the entire stay (3 nights) and then when we checked out they asked us to pay €39 (13€ a day), which totally blind sided us. Took us out of budget slightly but would be better if they told us beforehand as some people might be on tighter budgets, just seemed alittle scummy :( otherwise the hotel is nice, its clean and done up, doesn't give a run down feel

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning in the annex building and the bar is permanently closed. The rooms are small, but very clean and quiet. We’ll come back for sure.

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht um nach einem anstrengenden Messetag noch ein wenig in der Sauna entspannen zu können. Diese war leider für die Zeit außer Betrieb. Trotz dessen, dass wir das Hotel also nicht vollumfänglich nutzen konnten, kam man uns leider nicht entgegen. Wir haben noch zwei Mal Frühstück vor Ort dazu gebucht. Hier hätte man zum Beispiel eins erstatten können o.ä. Der "Wellnessbereich" ist leider grundlegend auch nichts besonderes oder schön gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war leider auch noch auf der anderen Straßenseite, sodass man nach dem "schwimmen" in dem Pool durch die Kälte ins Zimmer gehen musste. An für sich ist das alles akzeptabel, wenn nicht mehrere Punkte auf einmal auftreten würden. Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, jedoch war der Duschkopf gefühlt aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, sodass entsprechend auch das Wasser eher spärlich ankam. Das Frühstück war aber sehr gut.
