This cruise was nice, the area though is packed with other boats so not very secluded. The room (Royal Suite) was lovely with great views. The restaurant staff were the best

Wonderful family’s experience

Is a great experience to have a family’s trip together. Was really a good family bounding especially with my daughter during the kayaking activity. Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking smell.

the royal palace wasnt available but we were placed on the their other boat the silver sea loved it all , food quality and amount was sensational. staff fantastic. room and bathroom fabulous for a boat loved it all . -thankyou

Nice tour, good stay, recommend!

It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms on cruise were clean, the walls were quite thin though so you would like to keep voice low. The cruise sailed on the calm water of Halong bay so you barely noticed you were on this cruise even during the bed time. Rooms were equipped with private toilet and shower room with towels and toiletries. The cruise is not the newest boat but still it offers most of the thing you need, there is no Wifi on board. Overall, its a nice stay and would recommend others to try!

Bonjour, Nous avions réservé 2 nuits au royal palace Cruise. C était le début de notre vouage au vietnam, et cela nous faisait peur Pour la suite du voyage d avoir une telle qualité de service. Malgré le mauvais temps dans la baie d Halong, nous avons eu extrêmement froid: la température à l intérieur du bateau etait La meme qu a l extérieur, à savoir à peine plus de 7 degrés.. en plus d avoir froid, nous n avions Pas d eau chaude dans la salle de bain, nous n avons ainsi pas pris de douche. Le personnel ne comprenait pas pourquoi nous souhaitions avoir de l eau chaude .. globalement, le bateau vieilli et n est pas entretenu. Nous ne recommandons ainsi Pas du tout cette croisiere. Au lieu de deux nuits, nous avons demandé à n en resté qu une seule, car ayant tres froid et commençant à tomber malade, il n était pas envisageable de rester une nuit de plus. Le guide essayant de nous faire rester nous proposa une plus grande chambre, mais cela ne nous aurait Pas réchauffé. Nous souhaitions un chauffage que nous n avons pas eu.. ayant payé notre deuxième nuit pour rien (Pas de remboursement) nous n avons eu aucun geste de la part du guide/bateau) Très déçus, au vue du prix du voyage. À fuire au plus vite.

Unglaublicher Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war extrem schön und trotz Regen ist der Blick auf die Ha Long Bucht unbeschreiblich. Leider ist das Boot etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da einen neuen Anstrich benötigen. Die herzliche Crew und das ausreichende und dazu leckere Essen machen alles weg. Wir würden allerdings nicht zur Royal Suite Kabine empfehlen. Das straffe Program erlaubt einem kaum Zeit die schöne Suite wirklich zu genießen - ein Oceanview Zimmer reicht völlig aus!

Wonderful experience with Halong Royal Palace

Halong Royal Palace Cruise met and exceeded our expectations. The boat was beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. We were also very impressed by the food. I would highly recommend this boat to anyone looking for an overnight cruise on Halong Bay in a beautiful boat full of charm.

Wow, what a great experience!

Great experience! Nice 4 star (according to Vietnamese standards of course) ship. We've had the private deck suite, so it was large and intimate. The food was great and they have everything for vegetarians, allergic and whatever else (just let them know ahead of time). The scenery was great throughout the cruise. The staff was helpful, kind and considerate. Alex was extremely friendly. All in all we felt we've got a good deal. I would recommend staying 2 nights (one in the boat and one on the island), which we stayed only one night and it was too short. Enjoy!

Fantastic boat and service shame about crowds

We were mov ed to the Silverseas a sister boat as our booking had been double booked. Checking in was chaotic but after that service was great. Only draw back was kayaking is no longer permitted so went to only beach now aloud to use that had thousands of people on tiny beach Water was dirty with oil and litter.

Beautiful Bay: A few kinks onboard...

Great views, good food, and friendly staff. They were a little stingy with the air conditioner- turning it off in the morning from their remote control. At the end of the cruise, we were held captive on the ship while they prepared for the next cruise.
