Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable.
