Room was great. Easy check in. Location is easy to find and very walkable area. We were in town for a rugby game and the stadium is in walking distance. My only gripe was the parking garage they told us to park at down the street. The lights did not work in the garage, they all shut off all of a sudden after we parked, and myself and a good 5 other hotel patrons were walking around the garage with our flashlights into the stairwells trying to find an exit. Fast forward to the next morning, it says the garage is under construction and closed. All the lights are not working again. Yet again a bunch of people walking around the garage with flashlights to even try to find their cars. This was an awful experience. I recommend using spot hero and finding a different garage, we found a way cheaper one 2 blocks away on St. Paul, for $10 for the weekend. We ran into no issues, cleaning staff was very friendly. Although hotel is haunted we did not run into anything too spooky!

Location is great. Walk to everything and very safe. Hotel is old and in need of repairs. The blinds in my room, wouldn't open all the way and I only found out the 2nd day that the door wasn't closing well enough to lock when I left the room. They need new carpets and paint, although everything was clean, just a bit shabby. Breakfast is extremely plentiful with piles of pastries and muffins, but the quality is inconsistent. One day the muffins were just fine, but the next they were so dry that I didn't eat. Staff is courteous and in fairness I did not complain about the blinds or the door lock.

"Not Completly Terrible, But I Wouldn’t Return... Marriott always seems to miss the mark. Staying here felt like if a party club and a hotel had a baby. There were several things that kept the stay from being enjoyable: The toilet clogged during our stay and the only fixed for us was to pack up our ..."
