The rental is the entire bottom unit (1,600 sq ft) of this single family home and it was recently remodeled.
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed with in-suite full bathroom, TV and closet (sleeps 2). The closet has hangers, two baggage racks, a shoe rack, a dirty clothes bin and additional shelves for clothing storage.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, TV, closet, dresser, desk (sleeps 4). The closet has hangers, two baggage racks, a shoe rack, a dirty clothes bin and additional shelves for clothing storage. A second full bathroom is available in the main living area.
Living Room: Plenty of room and ample seating for 6 people, large TV and board games.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 people in dining table and additional 4 barstools.
Kitchenette: Full refrigerator, sink, microwave, double induction cooktop, toaster, countertop oven with air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and slow cooker.
Laundry: Washer and dryer, detergent, softener and dryer sheets. Mop and broom. Iron and ironing board.
Fast Internet: Download speeds up to 1 Gbps (1,000 Mbps) and upload speeds up to 150 Mbps. Ability to download large files in seconds, stream all your favorites.

Guests are allowed access to the entire bottom floor of the home with its own entrance that is separate from the top level entrance.
The owners of the home live in the top unit.
The entry to the bottom unit is at the back of the home, there is path lighted towards the entrance of the bottom unit from the driveway.

Best place and location!
Martha’s beautiful place was located 7 minutes from EGE airport and surrounded by a beautiful view of the mountains. Such a peaceful place! She was an amazing host and kept in great communication with us. I will definitely return back for a visit in the near future.

Great Getaway
Wonderful property and host. Spacious, well equipped, and elegantly finished full basement 2 bedroom apartment with all the trimmings. Conveniently located in a quiet and nice neighborhood near Eagle Airport, with easy access in and out. Only a short drive to Vail and great skiing. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations were very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The space was bigger than the pictures. There was a lot of attention to detail; the owners thought of everything. Martha checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed. She accommodated an early checked in and had excellent communication. We would definitely recommend. By the way Eagle Airport is less than a mile away but we never heard the planes. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a long holiday weekend. The property was pristinely clean and modern, with every little attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. From the plethora of blankets, the nice teas/coffees, bathroom amenities, smart TV and board games, we felt spoiled. From someone that travels a lot for work to earn platinum hotel status, I definitely rate this property 5 stars! Thanks Martha for such a wonderful experience.
