ホテルの駐車場の空きがなかったので駐車場係の男性に聞いて正面の他の駐車場に止め、更にスタバは位置を聞いたら一度調べて教えてもらった。

とてと清潔な客室でした😊 周辺施設も充実していて熊本観光にぴったひでした

快適でご飯も美味しかった。ただ温泉の温度が高いためゆっくり過ごせなかったのは残念だった。

The rooms were extremely small and the staff just seemed absolutely incompetent. As soon as we got to the first desk, there was another group arguing with the front desk and I should have took that as a sign. The staff was not diligent at all when it came to the check in process. There were different people just trying to figure out the same thing. Additional upfront charges like breakfast and accommodations fees. The lady gave us cards and never told us the room until I asked. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience from the start and regret spending my money here.

ロウリュもある充実したサウナがお勧めです。便利もいいし、お部屋もきれいです。ただ、アメニティやスパの利用などについて紙を渡されるだけなので、最初の説明が足りてない気がしました。
