The resort was not properly displayed. The sheets had hairs and not clean. The suite was for eight people and it only had one bathroom. The picture of the property shown was a remodeled room and it was a limited - unavailable.

Like a Korean apartment...not a new one...
We heard the property was quite dated but the renovated rooms were decent (not great) so we booked the largest of the renovated rooms. We arrived at the property about an hour after check in began but was told it might be about 15 minutes longer since they haven't been able to clean and inspect all the rooms yet. Not ideal but understandable since we arrived on Sunday and they were cleaning up after a busy weekend. The property group was also running a special campaign via social media but I was told the eco-bottle I was supposed to receive for participating was out of stock. Oh well... We were granted free use of the kids play lounge while waiting since we had a one year old with us and after about 20 minutes we were informed that our room was now ready. We were impressed by the size of the space and the layout, along with the ac unit, but the spongey non slip bathmat thing was gringy feeling...hairs caught here and there...can't be properly cleaned...also...no toothpaste or toothbrushes. Otherwise, the property was great and our infant loved meeting and feeding the bunnies out back. They even gave us a complimentary hour late checkout to make up for our late check in. If we go back, I'd definitely stay again but might opt to stay for two nights instead of just one.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I understand the property itself is old but little disappointed on how the room wasnt properly cleaned. Location was perfect for the sites i wanted to visit during my trip.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
I checked in at 10pm to find my room nothing like the photo shown on Hotels.com app. As soon as I saw the room, it was so unacceptable condition I came back down to the front desk to change the room. The room was not only smelling moldy and smokey but all the furnitures were so old and beaten. The front desk offered us another room but this room was in the same condition and I couldn’t find the AC in the unit. We came down again and asked why the room didn’t have the AC and was in the same bad condition. The manager said, “ the AC is in the closet and if you don’t want to stay you can check out now and get your full refund. I have full authority to issue full refund” basically, he was telling us to get out I don’t want your money nor you staying here. We were so tired and upset. We decided to find another place to stay and left Kensington with manager’s name. Hotels.com tried to contact the manager at Kensington. They are not answering for past 3 days.

As I already requested a refund which I also reported to expedia, my room was right in front of two domed concert halls where people from some church had all day events with Lloyd bands from morning to midnight. My kids couldn't go to sleep because of noise. The hotel agreed to give me a refund, but I'll see if they keep their words. This hotel is known to be owned by a company whose founder is known as a Evangelical Christian and has had some serious legal trouble with laborers in relation to work condition and company regulations. I wonder if they think that church works comes ahead of paying customers satisfaction?

I stayed here because it was across the street from the golf course, where I had a very early tee-time. However the accommodation was like a apt/prison cell. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Far away from historical sights
This site is quite far away from most of the sightseeing in GyeongJu. Would recommend staying in one of the numerous guest houses or other accommodation that is closer to the major historical sights. It was difficult finding the bus station and quite hard to catch a taxi back and forth.

Resort obvioulsy has a different meaning here.
Not really hotel accommodation. It was a large sparsely furnished apartment with everything looking a bit the worse for wear. Might be suitable value for an eastern family but not for a couple. It was also fairly isolated if you did not have a car. There were no facilities that made it a resort it was basically an old apartment block with a restaurant.

The first room had old musky odor. Asked for a different room and only ones available had no bed but traditional bedding sheets which were very thin. Whole room is outdated and the decor was terrible. Overall I would stay away from this place next time

아이들이 리조트 내 야외 미니 동물원을 아주 좋아했습니다. 가성비 좋고 넓습니다. 주니어 스위트를 사용했는데 침실이 2개여서 좋았습니다. 애슐리, CU 등 편의시설이 좋습니다. 애슐리는 재료가 빨리 떨어질 수 있으니 입장 마감 시간보다는 좀 더 일찍 가야할 것 같습니다. 보문단지까지 가까워서 차로 약 7분 정도 걸립니다. 직원들 대체적으로 친절합니다. 참고로 코코몽 놀이방은 미취학 아동만 입장 가능합니다.

Kensington Resort has outdated rooms with worn-out bedding and dining facilities that seem like they could break at any moment. The surroundings are also very noisy, and the air conditioning and shower facilities are in poor condition

건물은 노후된 편이지만 리모델링룸(주니어스위트) 넓고 깨끗해서 가족단위 이용에 아주 편리하고 좋았습니다.

청소 좀 깨끗히 합시다
오래된 숙소인건 알고 갔습니다. 취사가 필요해서 리모델링 안한거 알거 가긴했는데 이건 해도 너무합니다. 너무 더럽습니다. 아 여행와서 기분 망치기 싫어서 다시 오지 말자 생각하고 넘기려해도 너무 더럽습니다. 낡은게 아니라 더럽습니다. 청소 좀 깨끗히 해야하는거 아닌가요? 동네 5만원짜리 모텔보다도 더럽습니다.
