「I rented this apartment for my son and his little family for the weekend. We were staying in their other house on the same road for the week. Listing was as described and the host was responsive when issues arose. It was great to have this as an extra place for additional family to come and spend time with us on the lake. 」

「Really cute updated apartment with easy walking access to the OSU campus and Eskimo Joe's. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment other than to sleep and clean up but the beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything someone would need including a washer and dryer. They have a Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamer available which we did take advantage of. It was really quiet when we were there, of course, I'm sure many of the college kids were home for summer...

「Great place to stay」

「I needed a place to stay while handling some final work related to my parents' estates, and this place was perfect for that. It's clean, well-provided, and the owners were courteous and quick in their communications. If you want to be within walking distance of the Paseo and everything that comes with that, you can't really go wrong with this place. 「When we arrived we noticed that the a/c was not working properly. We contacted the owner and he promptly called us and was at the property within 10 minutes! It was determined that the a/c was malfunctioning and needed to be repaired so he gladly refunded our money on for the stay and made recommendations for other accommodations and sites to see nearby. 」
