「We asked for the view but received a room at the bottom floor which has nothing like what was on the picture. The sheets and towels were not changed, garbage not thrown out and toilet filthy. There was no specific guidance about how to bring the car to the entrance so we spent a lot of time going around and around the town and did not know how to open the passage road to the hotel. 」

「The hotel was clean. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not bad, but not good either. The layout of the hotel was atrocious. The elevator was too small and the layout and size of the room made it very uncomfortable. Very small and cramped. The receptionist was fine, but I had to pay the tax for the room in cash.

「Good location, close walk to everything. The parking was great as well, under 10 euros a night. Staff were good. Room was clean. The hall smelled terrible but the room didn't. My air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. This time of the year it is alright but if it was summer the room would have been way too hot.」

「This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.」
