Firstly, this hotel charges money as advance at the time of booking with NO option for refund / cancellation. On reaching the hotel on 14 May evening, I was offered a room with dirty toilets & room, loose electrical wires hanging (with a good chance of you getting an electric shock) and NO provision to call for any kind of room service. On complaining, the next ONLY, I was shifted to another room with a slightly cleaner bed sheets and telephone to call room service. The entire experience of mine was very very poor. Last but not the least, the food option available was extremely limited (only one dish as breakfast, with NO options) and the qualify of food extremely poor. In the end, I presented with a food bill which includes "Service Charge". On being told that such a "Charge" without my consent was illegal, there was initial resistance and only after my insistence, the bills were corrected. Regarding qualify of courtesy and service, the people providing service DO NOT know how to even talk with customers. For example, on asking for soap, the person attending to me responded as - " This is all you will get". , OVERALL A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER TAKE AN OYO ROOM FROM EXPEDIA. In fact, the fault lies with Expedia who have enrolled such entities within their domain and are encouraging them to treat expedia customers in this manner..
