「The room service food at this place was authentic and we thoroughly enjoyed. The morning staff were nice, cant say the same about night staff. The rooms were clean. We faced minor issues with the hot water. Every time we needed to take a shower we had to call reception to ask them to turn the geyser on. Then it took time for the water to heat up. It took more time than needed to get ready in the morning. One of our rooms didnt have a ac remote so we couldnt change the temperature. Not a bad...

「Impossible to communicate with property and no vehicle access to the property. We were left stranded in middle of night with no communication whatsoever. They didn’t even refund the amount even though we could not reach their property as no vehicle was allowed and we can’t walk 3 kms with luggage.」

「We called the property on given number and the phone network voice saying this number does not exist. Our taxi drove around the location shared in Expidia and we could not find the hotel at all. It is a fraud hotel. Money has been charged and they made the fake confirmation that we have checked in which we did not. This is the last time I use Expidia. Bot ai could could not help anything. 」

「Courteous and very helpful staff at front desk, housekeeping as well as restaurant. Variety in breakfast and dinner menu daily. In close proximity from airport and mandir. Overall a good hotel and I would consider selecting for my next stay in the future.」
