「Great property well located in Ainslie however the lead photo of Government House in Yarralumla misled us. We didn't know Government House and believed we were staying in a repurposed mansion like one we know of in Melb. Despite that, the property was very clean, modern and we appreciated how close it was to the shops with great cafes and a supermarket.」

「Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge...

「An excellent little tiny home on a farm. From the house you cannot see any other people or buildings, but you can hear the noise from the highway (which wasn't bad, just unexpected). The owner was lovely and very responsive, the tiny home was warm and minimalist, and the property was very peaceful. My only suggestion is that they do a good clean as although it was tidy, the crockery and utensils were greasy, and the frypan and saucepan had remnants so had to be washed before use. Just a note...

「The house was amazing and perfect for what we needed the only bad thing I could say is that the kitchen chairs desperately need replacing they are completely shot. But apart from that the house was great」

「The place was filthy, stains on the carpet dirty windows. Broken doors & the garden was over grown so couldn't use it. Also 2 cars in garden that host said were being moved, but after looking properly in to it they have been there for months. Photos used in the advert on website are years old, from when the property was sold 2 years ago, so very misleading. Had no communication from host. Would not recommend staying here at all. We were very disappointed.」

「The host was incredible, and the place itself was beautiful. The neighbours upstairs weren't the most considerate, but we think they may have been in transit moving in/out, as there was an inspection whilst we were there too.」

「Clean and neat property. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Reverse cycle AC kept us warm and toasty during our visit at the height of winter.」

「Everything you need in a great location. 」
