"der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und angenehm. Obwohl wir es nicht in der vereinbarten Zeit geschafft haben einzuchecken war es sehr unkompliziert. Es gab tolles Wasser und eine Obstkorb in der Wohnung. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Zudem war die Wohnen sehr schöne und sauber. Die Treppe nach oben war wie es in alten Häusern ist sehr schmal und steil, für uns überhaupt kein Problem."

"Wir waren zu siebt in der Wohnung und sind wunderbar klar gekommen. Als noch einmal Bettwäsche für die Person auf dem Sofa fehlte wurde sie uns gleich gebracht. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben, es war alles vorhanden was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten und falls etwas gefehlt hätte, war immer ein offenes Ohr da. "The property sends the checkin info via a link to Expedia message box. However Expedia app doesn’t allow links apparently so you can not follow the link to the checkin site. Fortunately I have my laptop so could login to the Expedia website and follow the link. If I didn’t have the laptop it would have been very hard to do the checkin. There is nobody at the property to help, no reception or front desk or anybody. It is all based on the code that is supposed to be sent you after finishing a lengthy check in process that requires uploading documents and taking photos. It would have been much easier to have the link sent as text with the explicit url to copy and paste from Expedia messages in the app. "

"A lovely hotel, well served every 20 mins by the local bus. NB the evening I was there the restaurant was closed for a rpivate function, which meant walking 20mins or getting the bus back into town to find a restaurant. The hotel pool was nice BUT only open 4-9pm on weekdays. Come on hotel, that's not good enough!"
