The property is cute and clean but I would recommend only for a couple. It is very tight. It has a tiny kitchen, half fridge, hotplate, two stools but the microwave takes up the whole table and there really isn't anywhere to eat inside.
The bed is unlike any other I've slept upon, it's kind of like a bean bag chair. Not horrible but a little strange.
Also be forewarned that cabin is located directly behind a large industrial looking boathouse. There is no other way to say it. The nice view of the water is rather far off at the edge of the property across a large gravel parking lot.
We were there during a heat wave so, that was not the property owners fault, but I don't think I understood just how much the property is in full sun, no shady spots to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. No swimming. There is one larger tree to the side but it doesn't really create much shade.
There is a pagoda with nice outdoor furniture at the edge of the property but it wasn't clean and is also in full sun.
If you have a boat to dock it's great but if you think you are coming to enjoy a waterfront property with waterfront views, not so much.
Owners try to be accomodating.
