This beautiful beachfront condo has a lovely view of the Gulf and a spacious interior. Bright and airy on the inside with new paint and furnishings, this condo invokes the spirit of vacation fun. Enjoy sipping a favorite beverage from the beach-view balcony, lounging in the living area after a full day, and preparing meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include direct beach access, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.

Not only will you be steps from white sand beaches, but you’ll also be near an array of activities, including hiking and biking trails, water activities like boating and kayaking, and other recreational activities like tennis, golf, and mini-golf.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Condo was clean but dated. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. You could hear the people upstairs walking across the floor all hours of the night. The pool and beach access were excellent.

Gulf Village relaxation

The condo was very clean and just a few steps away from white sands and a nice size pool. Upon arrival, I had a couple of things I wanted to address with the management, and they were very quick to respond and help in the matter. I was very appreciative. I hope the next tenants enjoy their stay as much as my family did!

The property was nice nothing too fancuy but nice. I will be going back there if I go back to Gulf Shores. My family and I felt safe and it was right on the beach and offered a pool with a wonderful assortment of amenities. If you have a family this is a good place to stay

So a few words about this place.I’ve started in several AirBNB and hotel but this one definitely stood outI paid 2300 for 5 nights and needless to say it would have been cheaper going next door Location was good, pool was nice, customer service was there.However, the place is the landlord special. Loose outlets, water leaking through windows and the side doors. But what takes the cake. COCKROACHS. Absolutely disgusting.I was trying to a decent human being and asked for some credit but nothing.So if you like cockroaches near your family and food this is the place

The floors are were basically falling apart. The towel rack in the only bathroom was barely hanging on. The bunk beds aren’t stable enough for older children or if you weight more than about 60lbs. Also there was lots of sand on one of the top bunks. Being on the beach was great and convenient. For the price I’d expect it to be a little more taken care of.

It’s old, outdated, and has a lot of water damage/mold. The sliding door was cracked open and we were unable to close it. It had to be professionally fixed. The lady who helped us was very nice and tried her best to please us, but it’s def not worth the money spent on this building. We tried our best to stay outdoors to avoid breathing in mold too much. The best part about it was that the washer/dryer was fast, worked well, and it was a close walk to the beach. We will be staying somewhere else next trip.

Poorly done updates mean a place that needs a lot of work, but the location is great and the price we paid was comparatively low. Management was very responsive to each issue we encountered, just wish we didn't need to.

Family vacay

We loved this condo! Great location. We loved that it was right by the beach and had a good sized pool that was pretty deep. My kids loved them both! We loved that there was beach accessories for us to use! That helped out with not having to pack any! The only downfall was that the neighbors above us, any time they would walk it was very loud. I know that’s not the owners fault but there wasn’t any reviews that said that they could be heard so wanted that to be known.

The stay was very good and would rent again…

The rooms were very clean and nice and the property was a lot bigger than I thought. The down side I would say is the parking it’s no made for a full size truck. Other than that it’s short walk to the beach and a nice place to stay with family. Not recommended to stay during spring breaks due to kids with loud vehicles driving all hours of the night.

Great stay overall, some details not taken care of.

Had a pretty good stay over the long Labor Day weekend. Overall, I’d probably stay here again…. BUT there were some basic details that I feel like were overlooked that could’ve have made this 5-star for me. The location was great: immediately on the beach. BUT the property lacked the overall “homie-ness” of other VRBOs I’ve stayed in, I believe because the property is managed exclusively my a property management company. The battery for the front door lock died the 2nd to last night and, had it not been for a nice stranger on the beach who allowed me to use her phone to call management, I probably would have had to spend the night on the beach because I was never given the code to the key lockbox upon arrival. The washing machine was on the fritz and it took way too much effort to wash a simple load of laundry the night before I left. Those were/are my only “gripes”.
