The balcony has a great view of the Gulf of America and is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex it feels very private. The condo is in the building closest to the beach and on the first floor. Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, dedicated beach access, outdoor showers, picnic tables, shared grilling space and all the shops across the street.

Condo is close to town, only 1.6 miles west of Hwy 59. Parking for one car directly under this first floor condo ($53/veh - 1 MAX). There are 3 extra parking spots on the side of the building but they are first come first serve.
Right across the street is a great restaurant The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails also there is S & S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream & Treats and a convenience store, beach mart and package store all across the street!

CLEANING/SUPPLIES

Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stay. Our unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays. Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be brought by the guest.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a non smoking and no pet unit.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals and there is a stacked washer/dryer combo in the unit.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM.

Condo is literally steps from the beach, no lugging beach equipment far in this condo!
