Boaters will love the convenience of two lagoon-side docks, a covered fishing pier, and a boat launch with trailer parking (boats under 21' are welcome, with restrictions and fees applied at check-in). Enjoy direct beach access for days of fun in the sun, and take advantage of the seasonal beach service available from March 1 to November 1 (additional fee applies). Need refreshments? The resort also provides 24-hour ice and vending machines for your convenience. During the winter months, the resort hosts fun activities designed for snowbirds, creating the perfect opportunity to meet and socialize with fellow travelers while enjoying a warm coastal getaway. Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Very impressive

I was very impressed with this condo . Very clean and quiet. I liked the two balconies. One overlooking the Gulf and the other overlooking the lagoon. The condo was tastefully decorated and overall provided for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone .
