About this property

Spacious Beachside Condo

  • You'll love this friendly small complex . Its a little gem hidden between the high rises. There is a grassy area for the kids to play, and a lovely boardwalk to the beach. The sandy beach is just steps away, and the boardwalk is perfect for pictures. The view of the beach is obstructed, but you do have some view from the huge 25 foot balcony. It's the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or meals. I love to sit on it and read! Walking distance to adventure island, restaurants, and shopping. This is in one of the few older complexes that is not a high rise left on the beach. We remodeled a few years ago. Master bath has a walk in shower. The balcony is beachside. When you go down to the beach, you will have plenty of room to spread out, as it is not as crowded as the high rise condos. There is even free covered parking! We love it!

    The Condo has a large open living room. This unit has been updated with porcelain tile floors, new appliances, new granite counters, and fresh paint. It has a well equipped kitchen and lots of extras, games, books, movies, etc. Furniture and mattresses replaced in 2019. Remodeled again in 2021 with large walk in shower in master bathroom and new tub/shower in hall bathroom., and new luxury vinyl floors in the bedrooms, so, There is no carpet in this condo.
