Nice Property with a Few Issues

This property is nice and in a great location for walking to many stores and restaurants. The building is easy to access and has great accessibility to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.Pros: Kitchen has everything you need, plus more. Decorated nicely. Comfortable beds. Cons: The TVs in every room were a mess and impossible to use (this is with several adults that are tech savy). Don't plan on watching a movie on a rainy day. YOU CAN'T. Only 2 bedrooms are fully functional. The thrid room is tiny with a bed crammed in. 2 people can barely move around in there. It has no closet and good luck if you drop something beside the bed. You have to practically move everything in the room to find it. That bedroom was BAD! The pool pictures are very deceiving. The pool is tiny and can only handle a handful of people.

Spring Break

Condo was very nice, clean, beds were very comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. We were disappointed in the outdoor pool size but the baby splash pool was a great size.

Wonderful

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a great vacation and stay at this property. It was clean, and the location was great! It was so nice having all your beach needs in the condo. The only negative we had during our stay was the bed in the master bedroom. It was a little hard for our liking, but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this property.

Sad we had to leave

First, only a couple bad things to name: the tvs were all different & at times were either not working or very difficult to figure out. The worst was the hour long wait behind the crowd waiting for the one working elevator on our arrival. People were actually arguing waiting on line & we we were worried we'd made a mistake. But we eventually figured out a system & avoided busy times. Other than those 2 minor things we had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious & what a beautiful view. Everything you needed was a walk away. We received immediate, courteous & helpful responses to all of our texts. We asked for & got an extra day stay at a discount. THANK YOU! And 30 minutes after we left for home we were alerted that the cleaning crew found an iPad we left behind. So we went back for it & after a well deserved tip & a big hug we were sadly on our way. We made it our cozy home for almost a week & we would absolutely & HOPE to stay at the Seawind again.

Not what we expected

We had our daughter and her family, our son and my mom. The description said one room had a bunkbed but there was no bunk bed. There was an air mattress but no linens. We requested linens that night and did not receive linens until the next day. The people below us frequently smoked cigarettes and weed on the balcony making it difficult to enjoy. We had to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags after the first roll used. We did enjoy the beach chairs and toys but would not stay again or recommend to family and friends.

Great Condo

The condo was overall good. They do need to replace the couch. It is wore out! I would definitely book this condo again. The early check in option information needs to be removed from your details as it doesn't happen.

Nice unit, amazing balcony and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. The balcony was huge, the unit was bright and had lots of natural light. The bathrooms were newly remodeled or certainly looked new. There was a wagon for the beach with beach chairs and other fun stuff for the beach available in the laundry room and they also had a nice selection of boardgames if you get stuck inside with rainy weather. We would be happy to come back.

Great Location

The Seawinds is in a great location. Several restaurants in walking distance, including the popular restaurant the Hangout. We went after spring break, so the beach wasn’t very crowded nor did we experience any issues getting the elevator. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking necessities, including a crockpot. The beds were comfortable and the condo had games for a wide age range. Our family had a wonderful trip.

Great Location!!

We loved the location. The beach was quiet while we were there but it was great to be right on the beach. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We traveled with another couple so it was nice to have our own space. Shower in the master bedroom seemed to leave a huge water mess after every shower. Beds were super comfy and it's always great to listen to the sound of the waves.

Perfect location

We traveled with two other couples, tree couples total. We were in town to surprise my inlaws over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our unit was spacious enough for all 8 of us to enjoy the day together. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked except for spices etc. It could use a extra salad bowl. But we managed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. The location seems to be in a great location that I am sure is very busy during the spring and summer. We were in November so not as busy. The view from the balcony was beautiful and right on the the water. We would stay here again if the need or occasion arises.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this location and a wonderful experience with the property manager. We were right on the beach, the security were sweet and helpful and the amenities were great. The only thing I wish was different was that the front bedroom had been marked differently. On the reservation it was marked as a third bedroom, but with the queen sized bed in the front, it was more of a nook because it was so small and no closet in there. I also wish they had told us about the beach restoration as it shut down the beach in front of us for a few days. However, the management company was wonderful to work with, very fast to reply to any concerns and questions, and communicated very well leading up to, during and after our stay. We love the seawind and will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Location was perfect as we were attending the Shrimp Festival. Loved that we were in walking distance to Sea N Suds as it was our dinner every night. Overall was pleased with everything.

Fall Trip

Responsive host, presents as pictured, very comfortable bedding, and large bathrooms. Couch was comfortable but moved just a bit too much for my liking (separate pillows). Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. Every kitchen accessory you need to prepare meals if desired. Would stay again if I returned to the area.

Great condo / location!

The condo was great and perfect for our family vacation! The location was perfect with direct access to the beach. The view was really good and we even saw dolphins from our balcony a few mornings. Highly recommend this condo!
