Great location, easy walk to the beach, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Many balconies to choose from if you like the sun or the shade depending on the time of day. Nice walkable area a block off the main road for walking your dog. Would stay here again!

We had so much fun! House was clean and offered a nice location… beach and concert at the wharf plus a clean and comfy stay- could not ask for a better quick vacay on way to Disney!

We came to town for my son’s soccer tournament and this place was perfect in every way! Super clean, great location! Quiet, Safe and plenty of space for all of us. Amazing communication from the hosts. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Great location a short walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants close. House was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Hosts responded quickly to any needs or questions we had. Lots of decks to sit out on and enjoy the day!

So convenient

We had a great stay! It was convenient to the NCAA tournament near the Hangout. We loved. Ring able to bring our dogs. The whole area was very dog friendly.

Great Dog Friendly escape!

We have to bring our dog with us on any vacations due to severe separation anxiety! There is plenty of green space at this location and sits on a quiet street which makes for great walks after sunset. Only 1 block from beach access. I have walked further with some places being located right on the beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Very accommodating all the necessities you would need for your stay.

Wonderful stay

I was very pleased with everything from the owners to the house. Didn’t have any problems at all. The house was cleaned and enough space for us all. A block over from the beach and bout a mile or two from the water park. I definitely recommend booking this home.. And I will be back again and hopefully it’s available around the time I come back..

Short Getaway

Nice place for what we intended to do that weekend which was walk to the Shrimp Fest. Quiet with very little traffic. Not a fan of the TV situation having to log into your own accounts. At the very least have digital antennas so you can catch some channels.

Beach Broke

Our family of 4, plus pups, had such a wonderful time at “Beach Broke” over Spring Break! We love this location- only 1 block from direct public beach access, and walkable to some of our favorite restaurants. It’s a 2 story duplex, with stairs going up to the front door. The main floor has a large master, with private balcony and the upstairs 2nd and 3rd bedrooms gave my teen son and daughter their own space, with a shared bathroom and full washer and dryer in between them. There is another private balcony off the upstairs bed. The full kitchen is equipped with all the basics, plus coffee maker (although I we didn’t use). There’s a coffee shop within walking distance we walked to in the mornings. Katy, the owner, is wonderful. She was quick to respond and made sure our stay was perfect. Even offered early check in since our place was ready. Check in is a door code, so no need to go off site to get a key. Very convenient.
