Gulf Shores stay at Phoenix

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and was very convenient. The condo was right off the parking garage and close to elevators. A short walk to the beach and pool. Spacious and clean. Beautiful views. Beds were more comfortable than I’ve had before. I recommend walking to Bahama Bobs for a restaurant. The kids also loved the water slide at the pool. There was a closet of sand toys and boogie boards which the kids also loved. Loved our stay and would stay here again.

The condo needs a good cleaning. I am talking about couches, cushions and outside furniture. Kitchen is not stocked at all, basics only! IfYou need a spatula.. you better bring one! I have stayed at such nicer places in the 13 years we have been going. Our family will not be back here. The building is nice, the pool and the waterside were used a lot by my kids. After talking to other vacationers, it seems that other people had better experiences at different condos.

Last Hurrah Before School Starts

The listing was exactly what we received! We can’t wait to come back! We had 11 guests and the condo was the perfect size. The kids loved the slide and the beach access. Everything was very well maintained and we loved having a washer and dryer available. The kitchen amenities were perfect and allowed us to start each day with breakfast and a quick lunch before heading out to the beach. The closet full of beach chairs, toys, and floaties were an added bonus!

Gulf Shores Stay

Great property, clean and well maintained. Check-in time of 4:30 and lobby closing at 5, made getting beach and pool gate code and parking pass difficult. Especially if you have early plans the day after arrival.

This place was amazing! We had four children in our group and it was such a great location to go to the beach and then have two pool spots for them to hang out in. There is plenty of room for our two families of four and my parents. My dad also has some mobility issues and it was super accessible for him with the elevator and the parking right there. The views are amazing and all the furnishings in the house were really nice, we were really happy. Our only suggestion was the beds could be a little more comfortable, but everything else was great! The just checked in on us twice which was really nice:) We plan on rebooking!

Amazing place to stay!

Our stay was great! Our condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures are great, but still doesn't do it justice! It was clean! It had great views! It was in a great location! The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Theres really not a negative thing about this place! This will be the first place we look from now on when we visit Gulf Shores. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
