Lagoon Tower 802, 3/3 | Private Beach Access

Step into your home away from home at Lagoon Tower. Enjoy spacious living areas and a large private balcony in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo. Lagoon Tower is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores. With only two units per floor and 32 total units, you will enjoy the space and privacy of this low-density building along with your private beach access and boardwalk.

THE SPACE: The beautiful condo features beautiful floor to ceiling glass for spectacular views from any room. Cook your beach specialties in the fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The wet bar features a sink and has a beverage fridge. The spacious living area is open to the kitchen and dining area with seating for six at the dining table and three at the island. For your entertainment, every bedroom has a TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oversized balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom! With privacy for everyone, each bedroom has its own bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite master bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanities. Bedroom 2 has a queen over queen bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer and is large enough to store your beach gear. This condo comfortably sleeps nine people. Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided during your stay.

THE PROPERTY: Lagoon Tower amenities include a beautiful indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facility and outdoor grills. The fishing pier has a fish cleaning station. The pier is available with first come/first serve boat slips. However, slips are not guaranteed, can't be reserved and off-site parking must be used for boat trailers. No motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the parking area.

Your DEEDED BEACH ACCESS and private boardwalk are located just across the parking lot, (100 yards) a short 5-minute walk from the condo. A beach cart is provided for your use and a convenient outdoor shower is available to wash sand away. The sugar white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are like no other and it's time to treat yourself to this oasis!

THE AREA: Venture out and enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or San Roc Cay in Orange Beach. Visit The Wharf for shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Enjoy a delicious meal at the many local restaurants. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Additional information: You must be 25 to secure rental. Proof of age is required. Non-smoking unit both inside and on the balcony. No pets. No parties. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking passes are included and charged at time of reservation. No boats or trailers allowed on property. A STARTER SET of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Bring extra, if staying longer than a couple days. No smoking allowed in the unit, or on porches or balconies.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at the Lagoon Tower. Unit was CLEAN, beautiful, safe and quiet. I felt comfortable staying there. We enjoyed the security guards and residents of Lagoon Tower as well - good, helpful people! The kitchen was stocked with cookware and the beach buggy was so nice to be able to use for my family. Stephanie communicated well, too. We cannot wait to stay again!

I’m in love

In love with the view! We watch the sunset every night and the sunrise a couple times. You’re high enough that the birds fly at eye level. We loved just sitting in the deck in the evenings. The condo was super clean and comfy and decorated in a beach style, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It have everything we needed to cook our meals with ease. The beds are super comfy, which is a big deal for me. Communication was quick and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There is a security guard at the entrance and you can only reach your floor with a key fob so as a mother traveling with her kids it felt very safe which helped us relax more. The beach is private and it’s very easy to get a front how view of the ocean. It’s never crowded and you can search for ghost crabs at night. We loved this property and we will return to it one day.

Lagoon Towers is our ‘go to’ when traveling to Gulf Shores. The location is perfect, the accommodations are exceptional, and it is safe, secluded and secure!

Beautiful room, fantastic location

From the beautiful views out the back to the short 3 minute walk to the beach, the location couldn’t be beat. Very roomy comfortable accommodations. The cart provided was essential for our family to travel easily yo the beach for the day. Not a very touristy location which means less traffic. A couple of concerns: master bed frame is broken, paint on the chairs on the balcony peeled off and stuck to our skin and coffee machine only worked sporadically.Would def stay again.

Great view!!

Really nice place that was above expectations. The view of the bay from the balcony was very spectacular. Condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and even included martini glasses and a crock pot! We will stay here again!

Vacation Oasis

Really wonderful place for family vacation with room to spread out. 3 bdrms 3 baths made everything so simple and non stress. the condo itself is comfortable with practical spaces and I loved the massive double load washer and dryer. everything including beach towels were clean and packed so one less thing to do once we are home. Pool is a good size, very clean. The beach access was easy and convenient. none of the overcrowding that you see in so many places nowadays. Recommend 100%.

Beautiful condo with stunning viws

The condo was very nice. It was exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony was awesome and fun to watch people on the docks. Both security guards were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the outdoor pool was not heated, but the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. And wished the one bedroom was a regular queen bed and not a bunk bed. Easy access to the beach with a very short walk. Would definitely recommend this condo rental.

Perfect!

We had 7 people ranging from 11-74 and this location was perfect. Right on the beach and a view of the lagoon with lots of sea creatures to see. The condo had plenty of room and a short drive to shopping and food.

Roomy and peaceful

This property had plenty of room for my family. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The view of the lagoon was nice. It’s far enough down the strip that traffic thins out and it’s not too bad to get to the beach at all. Highly recommend!

Great vacation!

Lagoon Tower 802 is the perfect place to enjoy Gulf Shores. There was so much room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was important for my family. The beach was right across the street with just a short walk. We had a great time!

Best of Two Worlds

I took my grandchildren to Lagoon Tower for spring break. We absolutely love this place as it is what I call the best of two worlds. You have the Gulf a short walk away and the lagoon as your back yard. Amazing views! Our condo was roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The indoor pool was a lifesaver because it was rather chilly to swim outdoors. I think this condo is a hidden gem in Gulf Shores! Of all the places that I have stayed in Gulf Shores, this is my favorite!
