Just around the corner is Pier 33 Convenience Store that has everything from A to Z. It is also just one mile from restaurants, shopping, live music, and entertainment for all ages!

The Sea Breeze building has dedicated parking with upgraded security lighting and is equipped with two elevators that drop you off within a few steps of the front door of this condo. The beautiful pool area has plenty of seating, a gazebo where you can gather for a picnic with family and friends, and palm trees in the courtyard that give you the feeling of being in a tropical oasis! It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Dedicated beach access(sand path) adds to the convenience of this great property.
